Post count revisited

Howdy folks,

We changed the post counts of everyone to reflect more properly contributions to bitfighter discussion. Basically this means one thing:

1. Posts in Off-Topic are not counted.

So off topic posts won't count for your post count? Awesome.

Hmm, my count didn't change at all . I've never posted in off topic.

I don't think the number of posts matter at all.
I do see a problem with this though, people might replace their habits of posting in the off-topic section by just posting in Meta-forum section/other sections instead. All just to get # of posts, but I don't really care.

Don't worry, I did some SQL magic and made sure it was retroactive
