ITEMS NO REGEN DONT WORK

if you set a repair or energy item to not regen, it still regens at the default (20 seconds). Any other option works.

OK, I'll look into it. Current workaround is to set the regen *really* high

Thats what i did, i set it to 100 seconds (max)
