Plasma Blast

Plasma Blast
A violet colored plasma mini blast, the size of burst almost, that deals massive damage to the enemy.

I'm not sure if this is a good weapon/idea to put in the game, but I found it interesting. I'm against it because damage isn't really needed in the game. Maybe someone could make something out of this.

Damage: Most damage in the game besides mines/bursts. It deals 1/4 of the enemies' max health. It can only hit one target.

Energy Cost: 1/4 of your max energy.

Pros: Does great damage and is more useful with good aiming.

Cons: Requires good aiming and shield is a extremely good counter to it. Also, energy cost is somewhat a bit high compare to other weapons.

Well it's not a feature...it's an idea...
IDK I don't like this idea...I don't know what to do with this idea thingy.

So like a stun grenade? Like a burster that when it explodes causes very minimal damage but disorents and slows the player? Because that's what I somehow got out of that.
