Night-mode
So, this mode could be applied to any game mode.
What happens is everything is very dark (almost black, but you may be able to see some movement, or walls dimly), and your ship emits a radius of light. Projectiles (like your phasers and such) also emit light. It may be useful to have flares, too, but that may be a different discussion.
The purpose of the game mode is to limit the information a player gets, and it would be super cool for a zombie-like game mode (may also work for some future single-player modes).
Thoughts? Afaik, we're using opengl, which has some built-in lighting mechanisms we could use (even older machines with OpenGL 1.0 should be able to do it).
