Bot spawns

Bot spawns, spawns specifically for bots. Bots spawn at bot spawns. Ok enough with redundancy...

The idea is that we can set a spawn point for a bot. However, we can place a timer on that spawn, a starting time an ending time, or no time at all, and a trigger (triggers have been suggested elsewhere, and I believe watusimoto is adding them in the lua). Particularly useful in dungeon maps, however we could see them applied in other areas.

A couple ways this might work;
1. Add a bot in-game (would need to be a special kind of bot) the bot does not spawn until the start spawn activates. The bot would be in an "spectator mode" or rather "afk", more precisely "Press any key to spawn."
2. The creator of the map sets the amount of bots which will be present in the map (the player may add more if they wish to) and they will spawn at bot spawns. When no spawns are available they will be in "afk" mode.
3. A combination of the first two, the bots that will be present in the map are set by the mapper, however, the host can choose to override this number and add how many bots they personally like.

Would be good for having bots do jobs behind the scenes of a map (killing forcefields or hitting triggers) without having to have an extra team.

Would also be good for having a type of survival gametype where the bot swarms get increasingly larger.

The idea is that we can set a spawn point for a bot.

This is on the list, sort of. We plan on giving bots control over where they spawn, so they can just spwan randomly (as they do now) or at a location of their choosing.
