BITMATCH red names = bonus

Right now Bitmatch is just # of kills - # of deaths I think
I want to add one extra little thing. If a player is on a roll, red name, then they are worth bonus points when zapped.
if you have a red name when the game is over, you get bonus points.
idk how much, maybe set it like in Rabbit or something. RAMPAGE!

How do red names work? Do they differ for each person?
I like the idea. Kinda like a bounty of sorts. It could be as simple as 2 points for every red name dead. Would even out biased games and make things interesting from the perspective of the leader.

When you get a kill streak, you get a red name. You should know this of all peeps

Five kills without dying gives you a red name and makes a big thing pop up saying something like "5 kills! Good job!" and then another thing pops up every next five kills. Maybe the bounty could increase the higher their streak is?

Thank you for the clarification skybax. So when one person gets 5 kills without dying they get a red name, that red name is visible on all screens? And what needs to happen to make the name go away?
This isn't super relevant to taz's idea so do carry on if someone wants to continue the discussion.

5 or more kills without dying will show everyone your red name in the scoreboard... as a warning you are to be feared.
Dying will end that.

It could very well be both. A bounty is both feared and hunted lol
If it could be tracked by the stats it could also be incorporated into my Ranking system!

Gotcha. I thought it was way more complicated than that haha... but I'm glad it's not!

To be clear, I'm saying that if a player is on a rampage, it should be up to the levelmaker to set bonus points for the rampage or put a bounty on that player, even a bonus of 0.

I don't quite agree with this. I mean, I get that some levels will treat bounties in different ways, but I think that leaves too much room for confusion. Also, how would you know what the bounty is set at? I don't think this feature should be customizable based on the level. My two cents.
