Spectator mode (aka referee mode)

A mode where you can spectate the game or map, being able to see everything, and you can zoom in and out, etc

We kind of have this with recording. but its a pain to find the match you need to check

maybe make a more internal non recording mode for in game play like a /watch command which brings up boxes to watch severel users at once.

I think spectator mode is already on the list for a future release. We all want it.
