New Server Setting Suggestions

Just a few ideas here I had for some server settings for those hosting.

1. turn friendly fire on /off
2. have the ability to voicemute users (cannot send voice message)(has a time argument)
3. have the ability to chat mute users (cannot send chat message) (also has a time argument)
