Hey I was wondering after a plugin has gone through extensive testing and if it is high quality maybe we should add the good plugins to each consecutive build of BF what do you guys think ?

Sure. If an editor plugin introduces some good standard functionality, then we are open to including it.

The more reasonable parts of stardust are already included.
Stardust is a wonky project, and has a ton of bugs due to the weird things it does and the weird way geometry is implemented in Bitfighter and handled in Stardust. I think it's best to only include a "stable" subset of Stardust, and leave the advanced/untested (though possibly more useful) stuff out since it's really easy to install.
