Will weapon/module themselves be editable in 019?

I wouldn't mind being able to control the firing rate of weapons
If yes..
Would this be server or level specific? I've seen the infinite mines thing and a one shot kill map in 018.

Just to be clear, the infinite mines hack exploited energy regen, not firing rate.

These server hacks will not be part of the standard game. 019 will, however, allow greater Lua scripting control...

NAH-AH!!!!!!! I disabled weapons taking energy AND upgraded firing rate mhahahaha
