Innovation, meat innovation times two.

A new server called "pointblank", named after my almost half human irc robot will arise tomorrow, with unusual experimental modifications.

Some of the modifications will include:

***Neutral turrets starting at full health
***The ability to "betray" teammates - repairing enemy turrets is allowed
The server will not cycle a map when you leave, it will stay on the same map until it ends or someone changes it, so if you all leave, and rejoin, you progress is still there! or not..
***Gigantic stuff
***A new kind of weapon, aka "SNIPER RIFLE", does something around 90% damage or whatever, i forgot what how much it damages, shoots at a slow rate of fire, but very fast velocity
***Join the server to find out about the rest of the mods there are (there are more!)

As of Monday, the maps we have:

Eden - absolute
Point barrel - zoomber (a rabbit made for and more useful with larger zap parties
8/10 teleports are deadly - zoomber
Pointblank - little_apple
Unicorns - sky_lark
Rhombic Dodecahedron CTF - rapta
more coming...

That's bound to be interesting. Try adding Turretious or Cave Tunnel to that server...

i'm working on it. I've been about 10 times busier this time of year than i was last year, but maybe over thanksgiving break I will take a look at it.

are any new maps coming for it?

there will be some time in the future! just stay tuned. Any good map suggestions that kind of fit the "unicorn pony randomness" theme of the server are fine to post.

Retarded duck is a good map.
