Jackie Chan is more of a comedian/actor than a master of martial arts. 
He does know marital acts...don't get me wrong. He's more funny than scary to me.
What about Bruce Lee, Jet Lee, Ip Man, and the fiction protagonist from the movie Chocolate who can seem deadly/scary (girl with autism)?
