LIFE PLAN

this is the topic, where you talk about what you will do.

IM GOING TO STUDY THE BIBLE, BECOME A GREAT SCHOLAR AND BECOME A GREAT LAWYER. I'm already questioning the things I know. I just found out sabbath might not be on Sunday OR Saturday. The Sunday is obvious, but the Saturday is more insidious. If it's true!

I also dream of having many cows and sheep to pasture. If I want to be a farmer, I can do that. World needs more farmers at this rate anyhow

Wait until you study agnosticism. It gets real interesting from there. ;) If you have a chance in college take a religious studies class - pretty eye-opening stuff.

> Experience raising kids
> Do more acting
> Acquire a job that doesn't make me hate life (hardest thing on this whole list)
> Go to college and do more than get by
> Get more fit*
> Make a NPC mod for Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
> Write a novel

*Constantly beat down for trying to do this lolz. Finally started working out again, then after the second day I got sick -- so now I'm sick. Yay.

Just remember that with the Jewish calendar, the days started at sundown.
I study the Bible like every week haha

I've seen that. Just yesterday I was reading a refutation of that, saying it was not the true Hebrew calendar. Uhh, something about Ereb meaning afternoon and dusk, and not just evening? like when the sun's shadow is stretching across the land, rather than it already being done. or something.
IDK, but that's a possibility I'm going to pursue and learn about in coming months. (Also, Daniel does say someone thinks to change times and laws)

That blows my mind. It is critical that modern humans engage in some form of difficult physical activity. It's not an option, your body works in a way that assumes you are doing this. Back in the caveman days, literally any time you did anything, you were working out. Whether you were foraging, hunting, dressing a kill, or running for your life, you had prolonged physical activity for almost your entire day. If you had somewhere to go, you walked there, for hours or days at a time. All day, every day, you were burning calories to survive.

Compare to now, where we drive or ride everywhere, buy our food pre-packaged (often even pre-cooked), and sit at a desk for a significant portion of our lives. We're violating a massive assumption of our physiology. If you don't work out regularly (I'm talking at least three times a week), you're not operating your body properly. It's no wonder people are so fatigued, stressed, and unfit.

Anyone who goes from zero to regularly working out will feel better about themselves and life in general within a week. It's not just a physical thing, many of the benefits are mental.

So whoever is "beating you down" about that has absolutely no idea what they're talking about, and you should get back on the wagon as soon as you're feeling 80%.

I'm not like a health nut. I run, ride my bike, and lift moderate weights. These are just some realizations I came to a few years ago while thinking about modern man versus ancient man.

i've been wanting to get fit, but it's difficult as I am a really picky eater. picky makes me skinny, at least. I wonder what will happen when I can afford the foods I want to eat - that being grass fed beef, heritage grains (which can go up to $6 a lb for the einkorn/farro --einkorn.com--), raw quality unhomogenized milk. I don't eat shellfish or creeping things, I turn up my nose at pork, and I recognize modern wheat for the low quality crap it actually is. I've done --some of-- my homework :)

Seriously when I can afford everything I want, I wonder if I'll end up super strong or overweight, I'm picky enough to fast rather than eat certain foods.

Dieting is important for fitness but it is not a requirement. So long as you're getting out there and playing sports or exercising or conditioning, that's something. Don't let your fitness hinge on whether you have enough $$ to buy quality food! :)
