I lurked around the internet some more, seeing as I think your link is associated with that Anime someone posted on the Zetas when we were brainstorming on BitFighter's name. I think Edshin posted it, not sure. Anyway found this from the same site.

I don't see why this thread is said to be for those of us over 18, seeing as neither link takes you to something that has adult themes in it, according to each entries' accompanying data.

This site teaches you how to draw. I guess there might be illustrated nudity involved somewhere in the site, but I'll admit it's a good interest peak'er besides. *ahem*

The thread title came from a screen that came up asking if I was 18 before I could enter the site. Nothing I saw in my very brief time there seemed the least bit objectionable.
