That's what I was arguing for till y'all said realism is bad (You are leading to previous arguments that I assumed was solved or should be avoided because it leads to nowhere.) You did understood what Heyub posted, right?

I'm just trying to solve the problem based on the majority's view. You, yourself, brought up the rust idea, maybe you understand more about it than we do.

I'm simply saying that if we successfully can't actually create it, then it won't happen. I'm speaking about mechanics; how will the "infected" ships look like? I honestly don't give a rat's behind about rust. Why are we caring about rust in a space ship game...for gosh sakes.

Gameplay means nothing if the looks or appeal is blinding your eyes or unable to tell the difference between ships that are not infected and ships that are infected, or if the walls are black.
Good graphics can be equally as important as game play.
Like sam686 implied, saying that the ship changes color isn't good enough because teams are different based on color alone.
P.S. Arguing to win points, instead of solving a problem, is losing or nothing. If one doesn't know the useful purpose of his/hers argument, don't post it. Otherwise, I assume that the person doesn't read or cares about the well-being of the idea that the thread is trying to create.
The people of this forum need to learn how to discuss than to debate in circles. Otherwise, not much will happen.
