Weekly Party SURVEY

Hey all,

I'm conducting a survey to help discover that awesome time for hosting weekly Bitfighter parties! Your input would be much appreciated. If possible, please try to get your survey entry in before Sunday, September 14 at 11:59 PM EDT, as I would like to use that information to plan a time for next week's party. Thanks!

I've only received two responses. C'mon people. Even if you don't plan on participating in many parties, your input is still valuable.

I still believe there's a community alive and kicking somewhere in here and we just need to find that perfect time, but maxing out at 5 people for parties the last three weeks is not encouraging. :/ Especially when I distinctly remember a time when we had 12 people consistently at parties and we all thought THAT was too low.

Preliminary results are:
- Overwhelming support for Friday or Saturday nights
- Most entries recommended earlier games, starting at 6-7pm
- Outlier responses included an 8-9pm Friday start time and Mon 5pm start time

Capture the Flag and Bitmatch are tied for most-liked game mode.

However it is really hard to gain a grasp of time preference with such a small sample size. I know for a fact there are more than 5 people who peruse this forum. If you could please complete the survey (takes 45 seconds) even if you can't commit to attending any parties, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

normal times for me are tuesday/friday 4:00-11:00 pm and saturday 12:00-11:00 pm

What is your timezone? While I appreciate your input, these answers are not helpful because I can't convert them to EDT and compare them with existing survey answers.

Think about it: If you lived on the east coast, I could hold a Friday 8pm East Coast party and it would fit in your availability list. But what if you lived in say, Kazakhstan? "Friday at 8pm" is "Saturday at 5am" in my time, the east coast. So when you get onto play Bitfighter on Friday at 8pm in Kazakhstan nobody would be on for the party because I scheduled it for several hours later. Does this make sense?

Bottom line, I need to know your timezone or else I can't use these answers. You should fill out the survey while you're at it, because it would literally take you the same amount of time as it did to write that post. I think sparing 30 seconds to help improve the popularity of Bitfighter and ensure people continue playing it in some level is a reasonable request.
