Forums moved to secure https

The forums are moved to using the 'https' protocol, which means connections are encrypted (and passwords are not sent over the wire in clear text).

Everything should still work the same, but if there's any problem, please let us know.

Was there a issue in secuirty that pro,ted this or was it jsut planned in case its needed

Pretty sure if was the natural evolution of the website I guess raptor got a free certificate?

Encrypting any site is now free with 'certbot'.
