How to capture video + Computer sound mac?

I was planning to make a short video clip of my map. I've never done this before

Was wondering if other mac users knew. I want the computer sound and screen
Play my new level! Two different teams fight over a nexus: One mainly defends while the other attacks! is fun

Open Quick Time

File -> New Screen Recording

It doesn't seem to directly record the sound is the issue. Yeah you can just have it blare out your speakers and it'll pick it up (along with all your keyboard and mouse clicks lol!) so that's a little ghetto.

You need to install Soundflower. http://cycling74.com/products/soundflower/ It's been a while since I've done this, but I believe once it's installed you just click the little arrow next to the record button and choose Soundflower as the audio option.
