if there were new stock maps

what would you pick for new stock maps?

for sure I would pick Foiled ctf, Highway bm
simple, and fun. my favorites

that leaves core, rabbit, zone control, hold the flag, and retrieve..
from pleiades
highway can work as a rabbit match, otherwise i think the best stock map contender is ninja bunny which, i think it's actually too simple.

for nexus,
lines or asteroid belt visually stand out though i've never played them for real so gameplay is a question.

I'm flattered, but biosynthesis is really terrible. The shapes are too haphazardly strewn, and the level has terrible flow. I just made it to show off the fact that we'd lifted the vertex limit.

I hate to sound like a jerk, but pretty sure we just discussed why Highway wouldn't make for a great stock map. You're welcome to your opinion though.

Foiled is wonderful. Looks and plays great. It's a tad simplistic - I wouldn't want it to be the only CTF stock map - but I could easily see it as a future addition.

By the way, are devs open to modifying the stock map pool? Namely: discussing potential edits to existing maps and increasing the number of maps from 1/mode to 2-3/mode.

It's quite nice to look at but yeah, it plays badly.

I think adding Foiled as a stock map is a great idea. It's a very simple CTF map. Good map for beginners to understand, and plays decently for more advanced players regardless.

Foiled = I can use Bouncers
I see that Foiled looks different now. I liked the red and blue better
