Wait wait ... 12:00 PM ... uhh.

Is that like, in 37 minutes or... midnight.

See this is why I tend to say 12:01 lol

12:00 PM is Noon. It's actually incorrect to put a PM or an AM after a 12:00. It's called Noon and Midnight for a reason.

Not sure if you're being serious...? If you make an event less than an hour before it's happening, you're probably not going to get a lot of attendees. Please do this again, though - I would love to have a BCL match - but schedule it at least a few days in advance.

Not to be pedantic, but you are mistaken. 12AM is midnight, 12PM is noon. Of course, military/European time is even better, with midnight being 0:00 and noon being 12:00 (and 1PM being 13:00).

"PM" means post meridiem, which is Latin for "after midday"
Something that is midday cannot be after midday.
12:01 pm is correct.

Re: Saturday BCL Bitfighter mash!

I am going with what most 12-hour digital clocks do.
1 minute after 11:59 AM is 12:00 PM.

I would just ignore the meaning of AM and PM as it appears to only cause confusion.

At 12:00:00.00000001 it is "after midday". Your clock will still say 12:00. 12:00PM.

On some technical level you might theoretically be right, but in practice you are not.
