Eh. Looks lame. It all sorta went downhill the second they did that Metra Nui crap. The Toa and Toa Nuva were the shit.

Scratch that, I got Pohatu and Tahu just earlier. So you're saying that the line went downhill the moment they added knee joints to the sets? I dunno, I enjoyed the Metru Nui line, my interest died around Inika, and Mahri. To be fair it wasn't as easy as it is now to keep up with the story line. Going back to it now older, it's incredibly dense and complex I love it. I can't get enough of the Bionicle Wiki. But yeah, I will say that the first sets were very cool and I doubt we'll get to see much like them anymore from the reboot. The story seems to have suffered a bit of "kid coherent" editting as well, nothing is too complex or intricate. Hell, I didn't even realize that Metru Nui was inside Mata Nui until recently.

I'm wearing the rose-tinted glasses of nostalgia I suppose. I liked the simplicity of the original figures because I thought that made them look cool.

Oh, doubtless, there was a charm to their simplicity. Kopaka Mata will always be my favorite Toa no matter what.

I dunno about the reboot. Making Kopaka 'clumsy'? Come on!

I'm with you there. Kopaka was always calculated and always thought before he acted. To make him clumsy is a bit short sided. Better Tahu or Onua be clumsy than Kopaka.

Oh no, Onua gets "sleepy". WHY U DO THIS. So dumbed down... I dunno, I'm still keeping an eye on it. I can't help still being nostalgic for "the real thing"

I know, like I said. It's been made 'kid coherent'. The To a don't have the same majesty or noble air to them anymore.
