Fix twoplayer.bat - Joining a game already running won't show your badges in the scoreboard until next level

typing /idle when being killed gives black screen of doom -
Ghost ships on 'Distraction Curve' are all in the wrong place.. -
client-side energy mismatch when placing spybug - no energy is used -

Spawning in soccer game doesn't care about team spawns - you'll spawn at *any* spawn point - Energy problems still:
